RENTAL INFORMATION

Our Auditorium is a spacious, versatile setting designed to host larger gatherings, performances, and special events. With approximately 1,500–1,800 square feet and a built-in stage (24’ x 10’), the space comfortably accommodates up to 125–135 guests seated.

Your rental includes tables and chairs set up prior to your arrival, with flexible layout options for dining, presentations, or open-floor events. The space offers a clean, elevated atmosphere with access to Wi-Fi, restrooms, and basic live-production capabilities.

Optional add-ons are available to enhance your event, including beverage service, table linens, and A/V support such as projector, screen, microphone, TV display, and speaker use—ideal for performances, trainings, and presentations. In-house catering and bar service can be arranged as add-on services.

Legacy Jr. is a cozy, flexible space perfect for small gatherings, workshops, meetings, and celebrations. The room comfortably seats up to 35 guests and includes tables and chairs set up before your arrival. 

The space offers a clean, modern setting with Wi-Fi, restrooms, and limited access to a prep area with counter space, refrigerator storage, sink, and ice machine—ideal for simple food and beverage needs. 

Optional add-ons are available to enhance your event, including beverage service, table linens, and A/V capabilities such as TV display and speaker use—perfect for trainings, presentations, and classroom-style setups.
